Information on the site

We describe plants, hours, and services in good faith. Stock changes daily; photos are illustrative of the kind of foliage we sell and may not show the exact plant available when you visit. Prices in the shop prevail over any outdated online mention.

Shop purchases

Living plants are perishable goods. Once you leave the shop with a healthy plant, care at home (light, water, temperature) is your responsibility. If a plant is damaged before sale, tell us at the counter so we can replace or adjust it. Potting help is offered as a practical service; results depend on the plant’s condition and aftercare.

Consumer rights under Belgian and EU law apply to eligible distance or off-premises contracts where relevant. For in-person retail of living plants, withdrawal rights may be limited once goods are mixed or deteriorate rapidly; we will explain options case by case.

Website use

You may browse and contact us for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse contact forms for spam. Content on these pages (text and layout) belongs to Yoghourt Hooks Plants or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial reuse without permission.

Liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access.
